Day One

This may not be my first go at primal eating but I've let myself go back to the SAD (standard american diet) way of eating.  And it really is SAD.  So to keep myself accountable, I thought I'd blog my journey.  This is day one on to a much healthier me!  I'd love to look and feel better before I hit 30 and I've got a little over a year and half to get there.

Since I have a substantial amount of weight to lose (55 lbs - sigh) I'll be sticking to a ketogenic diet.  At least I'm not back up to 250 lbs again.  I'm somewhere around 230 lbs and I just relocated to another state so I don't have a scale to get super accurate but I know my body so I'll stick with the 230.  Also, having relocated I'm in a tiny studio hotel room.  I've got a little kitchen but I'm making it work.

I love the Keto Calculator.  Here are my stats:
